About the Role

Restoring Our Youth Organization (R.O.Y.O.) is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and strengthen the organization’s day-to-day operations as we grow our impact for youth and communities.

This volunteer executive role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader who wants to apply their expertise in a purpose-driven environment. As COO, you will help bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how the organization operates supporting volunteers, strengthening systems, and enabling teams to do their best work in service of our mission.

The COO will ensure operational excellence that enables R.O.Y.O. to scale its programs and maximize impact for youth. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Director (CED), Executive Team, and Board to translate vision into execution, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure R.O.Y.O. operates efficiently, transparently, and responsibly.
