    2-3 days, the event is from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

    Description

    Purpose: Support the Creative Director in overall planning, logistics, and event execution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in building event schedule and run-of-show
    • Manage volunteer communications
    • Coordinate vendors and logistics
    • Attend virtual planning meetings
    • Support smooth day-of operations

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in event planning or administrative leadership preferred
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask

    Hours: 5–10 hours/week + event day

    Reports To: Creative Director
