    Weekdays (evenings), Weekends (daytime, evenings)
    Commitment Details:
    Mentors commit to their youth for a minimum of 1 year with the intention to see them through high school graduation and into adulthood. Mentors spend time with their youth 3X/mo and are required to attend a 2-hr monthly programing w/ their youth.

    Driver’s License, Background Check, Attend Orientation
    Age Requirement:
    23+
    Other Requirements:
    Must be 23 or older, have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, have or obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background search. This volunteer opportunity is highly rewarding but requires a high level of commitment.

    When you were young, did you have an adult outside your family looking out for you? Do you wish you did? The kids in Level Up at New Pathways for Youth are signed up because they and their caregivers agree that an outside mentor will help them build a future where they can live their life with joy and purpose, confident in their ability to decide their own path.

    We’re in need of some caring, stable, and nurturing adults to join us as mentors! The program is very well designed, and you'll feel confident and supported even if you don't have any specific experience with youth or cultures of poverty.
