    Description

    Organization: LoopRoots Foundation

    Location: Remote

    Hours: 20–25 per week

    Position Overview

    Oversee programs that support justice-impacted individuals in housing, food security, legal support, and community reintegration. Responsible for coordinating services, managing program staff or coordinators, and ensuring alignment with organizational mission.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs

    • Coordinate participant services and staff assignments

    • Track program outcomes and reporting

    • Build relationships with community partners and referral sources

    • Support program development, documentation, and process improvements

    Qualifications

    • Experience managing social service or nonprofit programs

    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, or CRM systems

    Position Overview

    Oversee programs that prepare justice-impacted individuals for workforce readiness and educational opportunities. Manage employer partnerships, participant intake, and program workflows to ensure a smooth pathway from training to employment.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate workforce and education programs, including partnerships

    • Track participant progress and outcomes

    • Support program staff and coordinators

    • Maintain documentation, reporting, and workflows

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and expansion

    Qualifications

    • Experience in workforce development, education, or nonprofit program management

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, or CRM system
