Admin Support Needed for Angels for Paws Rescue & Sanctuary

Do you have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping animals? Angels for Paws Rescue & Sanctuary is looking for a dedicated Admin Volunteer to help manage the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our rescue running smoothly. This role can be fully remote.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining and organizing medical records
- Preparing and tracking adoption contracts
- Registering and updating microchips
- Handling license transfers and registrations
- General administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Takes a proactive approach
- Comfortable with digital recordkeeping and communication tools
- Reliable and able to commit a few hours each week
- Passionate about animal welfare and supporting rescue work
By volunteering, you’ll be directly supporting our mission to give dogs the second chance they deserve. Your work ensures that every adoption is safe, responsible, and complete—making a lasting difference in the lives of the animals we serve.
