About the Role

The Chief National Engagement Officer (CNEO) will lead efforts to strengthen national engagement and partnerships for the organization. This role focuses on building relationships with stakeholders, expanding volunteer networks, and driving initiatives that enhance visibility and impact across the country. The CNEO will serve as a key ambassador, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

What You’ll do

• Strategic Engagement: Develop and implement a national engagement strategy to increase participation and awareness.
• Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national organizations, community leaders, volunteers of R.O.Y.O, and corporate partners.
• Volunteer Network Expansion: Support recruitment and retention of volunteers nationwide, fostering a strong sense of community and purpose.
