    Sales & Marketing Managers & Directors for a Groundbreaking Nonprofit

    Hi,

    We are looking for volunteers and interns that are interested in real-world skill development learning to use AI software programs to accomplish organizational objectives in their field.

    We work with your background and interests to develop your custom Volunteer experience that resonates with you and enables you to "Be The Hero."

    Success Team Volunteers may be featured on our Websites, Apps, and Acknowledged for their Contributions in our Books.

    We are searching for experienced, goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Managers and Directors to help us implement your choice of our 40+ Quality of Life programs, books, courses, summits, products, and initiatives on a national or global scale.

    We have both Volunteer & Income Earning Performance Based Positions available (with earning potential of up to $180,000 annually with benefits)

    You will be in charge of developing creative tactics to reach our target audience and implementing public programs and events, contacting outreach C-Suite and management professionals, and landing contracts for sponsorships, partnerships, joint ventures and/or fundraisers with your choice of businesses, governments, non-profits, and schools.

    Sales director responsibilities include implementing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include building relationships, and hitting annual targets.

    The ideal candidate should know how to manage a sales and marketing team and improve awareness of our company among the target demographic. Exceptional time-management and problem-solving abilities are a big asset. Working knowledge of project management software is an additional plus. You are also expected to possess a superb grip on spoken and written English to ensure smooth, error-free communication with our prospects.

    In the long run, our goal is to grow our brand, attract new partners, sponsors and members. You will help us facilitate this by managing any number of specific engagement programs, courses, books, summits or initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Devising an effective marketing and promotion strategy
    • Spearheading our outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns
    • Overseeing content production to ensure messaging consistency
    • Managing our marketing budget to ensure maximum cost-efficiency
    • Contacting our supporters via phone, email and social media
    • Providing guidance to our marketing, social media teams

    Requirements:

    • Credible work experience in an organization
    • Portfolio of successful marketing/branding projects
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to maintain effective cross-sector communication
    • Familiarity with current nonprofit marketing and fundraising practices
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management helpful
