    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist our finance department with monthly reconciliations and data input in QuickBooks Online. This role is critical to helping us maintain accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our invoicing and payroll systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts in QuickBooks Online.
    • Assist with data entry for invoicing and payroll preparation.
    • Ensure the accuracy of financial information.
    • Provide support for financial reporting as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with QuickBooks Online required.
    • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to commit to a one-year volunteer term with a commitment of 6 hours per month.
    • Must be based in the United States and a US Citizen due to the sensitive information being handled.
    • Access to a computer and internet for remote work.
