    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize and execute events aligned with the mission of the organization
    • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and volunteer management.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop event concepts (ideas), timelines, budgets, and marketing plans.
    • Oversee the event setup, coordinate with other volunteers, manage guest flow, and ensure that the events run smoothly
    • Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports on certain aspects of the event and areas for improvement.
    • Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvements

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in event planning and coordination
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers, vendors, and staff members

    This is a part-time and unpaid volunteer position (7-8 hours a week). Hours might be greater during on-site events, set up, communicating with vendors, final preparation and attendance at the events. During the active events, hours may require 8 - 10 hours.
