    Description

    Responsible To: Program Director

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with intake, assessment, and documentation.
    • Support clients in accessing resources such as education, employment, and transportation.
    • Provide follow-up calls or check-ins under staff supervision.
    • Assist in preparing reports and resource guides.
    • Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with diverse populations in a respectful manner.
    • Basic computer and data entry skills.
    • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
