    Approx. 4–6 hrs/week, fully remote. Flexible schedule with weekly check-ins via Slack/Zoom. 3-month minimum commitment preferred. Volunteers will support onboarding, role creation, and team culture.

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead onboarding and orientation for new volunteers.
    • Develop and update role guides, training materials, and resources.
    • Track volunteer participation and check in with team members regularly.
    • Help volunteers grow by matching them with the right tasks and opportunities.
    • Promote collaboration and inclusive culture within the organization.
    • Assist with resolving conflicts or clarifying responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized, dependable, and proactive.
    • Interest in HR, team development, or leadership.
    • Experience in training, mentoring, or administration is helpful but not required.

    Additional Details:

    This is a volunteer role, requiring approximately 5–7 hours per week. Fully remote, with a flexible schedule and occasional Zoom/Slack check-ins. A minimum 3-month commitment is preferred. Volunteers gain valuable HR and leadership experience while helping shape the culture of a growing literary business.
