    Most shifts are 1-2 hours. Sign up online through our website or https://signup.com/go/FZxBGmo . Volunteers should arrive at the St Johns Plaza 15 minutes before their shift. All volunteers get a free 2025 St Johns Bizarre cup for their service!

    Volunteer at the 16th Annual St Johns Bizarre! May 10, 2025

    The 16th annual St. Johns Bizarre returns Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in downtown St. Johns! This is an entirely volunteer run event held in the business district of St Johns centered at N. Lombard and Philadelphia Ave in Portland, Oregon. This event is free to the public with two stages of live music, artisans, makers, creators, food vendors, community groups, and the St Johns Parade running right through the middle at noon.

    We have many volunteer opportunities both Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10 such as selling merch, pouring beer in the beer garden, setting up and taking down barricades, to name just a few.

    Thanks for your interest in volunteering at the 16th annual St. Johns Bizarre!

    We have a wide variety of shifts available (Beer garden, main & second stage, merchandise booth, etc.). The majority of our needs come on event day (Saturday, May 10th), but we also need some assistance for setting up on Friday, May 9th.
