    Summary: Looking for volunteers to help with client reminder calls.

    Responsibilities:

    • Call clients to remind them of appointment time
    • Explain appointment expectations

    Qualifications:

    • Comfortable with technology
    • Strong telephone skills
    • Excellent customer service abilities
    • Spanish or Haitian Creole/French speaking

    Availability:

    • Thursday, Friday, Saturday
    • Remote
