    Help us welcome new volunteers with care and clarity! As part of the onboarding team, you’ll:

    • 🌱 Check platforms like Idealist twice a week for new interest and outreach opportunities
    • 📬 Respond promptly to all incoming emails with warmth and helpfulness
    • âť“ Answer questions thoroughly and ensure each new member feels seen and supported
    • đź”— Guide new volunteers through the process of joining our server and introduce them to a member of the welcome team.

    Your presence helps set the tone for an inclusive, emotionally safe community from the very first interaction.
