Through food security, livelihood support, education, and community outreach, we demonstrate the love of Jesus through practical, sustainable action.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Volunteer Donor Relations Manager to help strengthen relationships with donors and supporters of Faith in God Charity Missions. This role focuses on donor communication, stewardship, appreciation, and engagement, ensuring donors feel valued, informed, and connected to the mission.

    ⚠️ Important Note:

    This is a strictly volunteer position with no monetary compensation. Applicants must be comfortable serving in an unpaid, service-based role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain positive and consistent communication with donors
    • Assist in donor acknowledgements, thank-you messages, and appreciation efforts
    • Support donor retention and relationship-building initiatives
    • Help track donor interactions and engagement history
    • Collaborate with the Fundraising and Marketing teams on donor communications
    • Assist with preparing donor updates, reports, and newsletters
    • Uphold confidentiality and ethical handling of donor information

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in donor relations, fundraising support, customer relations, or nonprofit work is a plus
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
    • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a team
    • Alignment with FIGCM’s mission and values

    Time Commitment

    Reporting Line

    This role reports to the Director of Development and works closely with the Marketing & Communications team.
