Commitment: 10–15 hours/week | Part-Time Volunteer

The National STEM Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering women, children, and youth through STEM education, mentorship, and research. We believe every student deserves access to inspiring role models and opportunities to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

The Role

As a Volunteer Administrative Leader, you’ll help launch and manage local NSS chapters — supporting events, coordinating volunteers, and connecting communities to life-changing STEM experiences.

You’ll work closely with leadership to organize programs, manage digital files, and provide administrative support for students, schools, and partners.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of admin or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• A passion for STEM education and community impact
