Description
Position Overview
As a WooCommerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our WooCommerce store on WordPress. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to ensure a seamless, functional, and accessible shopping experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in adding, editing, and organizing products in WooCommerce.
- Manage product categories, descriptions, and visual assets.
- Support troubleshooting of cart, checkout, and payment issues.
- Help integrate plugins related to shipping, inventory, or booking.
- Ensure the storefront is user-friendly, responsive, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, promotions, or digital downloads.
- Maintain product tags, stock levels, and order flow accuracy.
- Assist with basic backend tasks related to WooCommerce and WordPress.
What We’re Looking For
- Have solid experience with WooCommerce and WordPress.
- Are comfortable navigating a website backend and using plugins.
- Are interested in e-commerce, digital accessibility, or nonprofit work.
