    Public Health Internship Abroad – Ghana (Open to Students from the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Japan & Australia)

    🌍 Public Health & Pre-Med Internship Abroad – Ghana (Open to International Students)

    Join Pro-Passion Projects in Ghana, West Africa, for an impactful Pre-Medical and Public Health Volunteer Internship designed for aspiring healthcare professionals from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

    This international internship provides hands-on global health experience while allowing participants to explore both rural and urban healthcare systems in Ghana.

    Responsibilities

    • Shadow experienced doctors, nurses, and public health officers in hospitals, clinics, and community outreach programs.
    • Assist in basic health checks, patient education, and preventive health initiatives under professional supervision.
    • Participate in public health education on hygiene, nutrition, maternal and child health, and disease prevention.
    • Support medical outreach projects in underserved communities alongside local health teams.
    • Engage in cultural exchange and community development activities organized by Pro-Passion Projects.

    Qualifications

    • Open to pre-med, medical, nursing, public health, and related healthcare students or recent graduates.
    • Enthusiasm for healthcare, global learning, and cross-cultural engagement.
    • Good communication skills, adaptability, and respect for diverse communities.
    • No prior medical experience required; full supervision and guidance are provided.

    Documents should be in PDF or Word format. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, college, or university.
