Description
We are having a Community Garden Clean-Up & Beautification Day and excited to bring volunteers together to help revitalize the garden and prepare it for the upcoming growing season.
Date: Saturday, January 17
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: 5600 Court Rd Houston TX 77051
During this volunteer day, we’ll be clearing and rebuilding garden beds, preparing the ground, creating pathways, and beautifying the space to support food growth, healing, and community use. No prior gardening experience is required—just a willingness to help and work as part of a team.
If you have materials to donate for garden beautification (such as cardboard, mulch, tools, stones, or other garden supplies), you are more than welcome to bring them with you. All contributions directly support the transformation of the garden. You are also welcome to bring any garden tools you may have.
You are also welcome to invite others to join you. We kindly ask that all participants register in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure a safe, well-organized experience for everyone.

Please remember to wear closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for outdoor work. Water and light refreshments will be provided.

If you have any gardening tools, we ask that you bring them with you. Make sure to come in clothing you are able to move around in and don't mind getting messy or dirty in, wearing comfortable shoes is also recommended.
