As a Board Member Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring that our services align with our core values of empathy, compassion, and unconditional love. Your expertise, insights, and commitment will help us reach more individuals in need, providing them with the support and care they deserve during times of crisis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the organization’s operations, programs, and fundraising efforts.
- Actively participate in board meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes.
- Utilize your network and resources to help expand our reach and impact within the community.
- Advocate for the importance of psychological first aid and humanitarian relief, inspired by the compassion of Christ, to promote healing and resilience.
Qualifications:
- Passion for serving others and making a difference in the lives of those experiencing psychological distress and humanitarian crises.
- Commitment to upholding the values of empathy, compassion, and inclusivity.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to dedicate time and effort to actively contribute to the organization’s mission and goals.
- 5 years of experience in any of the following roles: (HR Manager, Administration Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager, Research Manager, Development Manager, Logistics Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, Communications Manager)
