    Description

    Oversees the strategic direction and policy alignment of The Collaborative's core initiatives. Leads program development, strategic planning, and cross-sector collaboration to ensure impact and coherence.

    • Guide leadership development, civic engagement, and global policy programs
    • Align organizational goals with research, program growth, and institutional vision
    • Supervise interns across leadership, policy, and program divisions
    • Contribute to thought leadership, policy framing, and strategic foresight

    Requirements

    Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in strategic planning, program design, and organizational leadership. This role oversees mission-aligned programming and ensures strategic coherence across initiatives, including leadership development, education, policy, and economic development. Candidates should be comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on implementation and have experience in project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and program evaluation. Knowledge of economic development initiatives or community-based impact programs is highly valued. Experience in policy analysis or curriculum design is a plus.
