Overview: Leads efforts to recruit committed volunteers. Promotes roles, screens applicants, and builds a steady pipeline of support for programs and operations.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Promote volunteer openings across platforms.
• Respond to inquiries about volunteering.
• Screen applications and schedule interviews.
• Maintain a recruitment tracking system.
• Attend community events to recruit in person.

Required Skills/Competencies:

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic tech skills (email, spreadsheets, forms).
• Organized and self-directed.
• Comfortable speaking with new people.
• Ability to follow recruitment protocols.
