Receptionist - Moreno Valley Senior Center

Here's a wonderful opportunity to help out in the community while gaining work experience and building up your resume! We provide a safe, welcoming space for seniors to socialize and connect through our congregate meal programs. We need support in Reception or lend a hand in preparing meals for our home delivery program, ensuring our homebound seniors still receive nutritious meals.

We are looking for receptionist to provide support at our Moreno Valley Senior Center. The receptionist responsibilities include:

Greeting clients coming in for the Senior Nutrition Program, provide customer support, inform customers of voluntary donation procedure, answer incoming phone calls and take detailed messages, log all phone reservations and ensure that reservations for meal service are accurately recorded, ensure all program paperwork is completed and reviewed with FSA Site Personnel, attend trainings, provide support to FSA Staff as required.

Flexible Shifts Available:

• We offer flexible schedules and shifts: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM
