Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Fundraising Coordinator to join our team and help drive fundraising efforts for our organization. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to support our mission and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Coordinate online fundraising campaigns through platforms such as crowdfunding websites and social media.
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to secure financial support.
- Recruit and train volunteers to assist with fundraising activities.
- Maintain accurate records of donors, donations, and fundraising activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications team to promote fundraising events and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Provide regular updates and reports on fundraising activities to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fundraising, event planning, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices.
- Passion for the organization’s mission and commitment to making a difference in the community.
