    Description

    Develop and implement personalized lesson plans focused on reading comprehension, phonics, vocabulary, and general literacy.​

    Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, using a range of instructional strategies and materials to engage students and foster learning.​

    Monitor student progress, documenting responses and adjusting instruction methods as needed to achieve literacy goals.

    Attend training sessions to learn effective literacy instruction methods and curricula.

    Support students in building confidence and motivation to reach their literacy potential.
