    Volunteers Needed

    The volunteers at The Transition Project, sort, pack and deliver care packages to orphans in NC. Volunteers mentor and read to school aged children. Advocate for all children with disabilities. Also assist with college applications, job references and outreach projects to uplift the community. Plan activities...
