About CIDO
Comprehensive Infant Development Organization (CIDO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inclusive child development for children under 18 years old in Rwanda.
We focus on improving health and nutrition, early childhood education, disability inclusion, water & sanitation, climate child resilience, teenager empowerments, sports for child development, and family empowerment.
To expand our impact, we are building a global network of volunteers to help us raise awareness, mobilize resources, and connect with donors and partners around the world.
Role Summary
The Global Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator will lead and coordinate a diverse team of international fundraising volunteers.
This person will ensure smooth communication, provide training, track progress, and strengthen CIDO’s global fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in fundraising, volunteer coordination, or nonprofit development (paid or volunteer).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.
Knowledge of online fundraising tools, social media campaigns, and donor engagement. Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools (Zoom, Canva, etc.).
Ability to lead and inspire diverse international volunteer teams.
High integrity, accountability, and commitment to CIDO’s mission of child development. Fluency in English required; French or other languages are an asset.
