    Description

Organization: InclusiVibe Foundation — art-powered equity in music & healthcare

    Commitment: 3–6 hrs/week (remote) • Minimum 8 weeks • Flexible scheduling, seated/low-energy options

Why this matters: We turn adaptive artistry + patient storytelling into community impact—so that fewer patients fall through the cracks.

    What you’ll do

    • Podcast editing / audio cleanup (Descript/Audition): remove ums/noise, level voices, add intro/outro, export show mix + short social clips.
    • Video editing / short-form reels (CapCut/Premiere/Descript): cut 15–60s stories with captions; format for IG/FB/YouTube.
    • Transcription + accessibility: generate transcripts, fix captions, write accurate alt-text for thumbnails and stills.
    • Graphic design (Canva): create episode covers, quote cards, event promos; use provided brand kit.
    • Social posting & community replies: schedule posts, write 1–2 sentence captions with hashtags, respond to basic comments (scripts provided).

    You’re great at

    • Clear, compassionate communication; basic editing in Descript/CapCut/Canva (or eager to learn).
    • Following a checklist; handing off files in tidy folders.
    • Accessibility basics (you’ll get a mini-training): readable captions, plain-language alt-text.

    Tools we use

Descript • CapCut or Premiere • Canva • Google Drive • (optional) Notion/ClickUp for tasks • Givebutter link for CTAs.

    Training & support

    • Group onboarding (60 min on Zoom, every other Wed).
    • Mini-trainings: “Captioning & Alt-Text 101,” “Descript Starter,” “Brand Kit in Canva.”
    • You’ll start with micro-tasks (20–30 min) and level up as you’re comfortable.

    Accessibility & accommodations

Remote, flexible, and paced to your energy. Seated roles available; we adapt tasks, deadlines, and tools. Tell us what you need—we’ll work with you.

    Sample first tasks (week 1)

    1. Clean a 60-sec clip in Descript and export with burned-in captions.
    2. Write alt-text (1–2 sentences) for 3 images (we’ll give examples).
    3. Build a Canva quote card using our brand kit; export PNG + alt-text.

    Outputs you’ll help ship

    • 1 full podcast episode/month + 2–3 short clips
    • 2–4 captioned reels/posts with alt-text/week
    • Episode cover + quote graphic per release
    • Clean transcripts for website/show notes

    Success looks like (KPIs)

    • Turnaround: micro-tasks in 72 hrs; clips in 5–7 days
    • 100% of videos captioned; 100% of images have alt-text
    • File hygiene: correct names/folders 100% of the time
    • Consistent monthly cadence (episodes/clips) without last-minute scrambles

Growth path (volunteer → stipend → contractor)

    • Hit KPIs for 4–6 weeks and you’re eligible for a $100–$200/mo stipend (output-based).
    • Consistent 2+ episodes/month may convert to a paid contract as funds grow.

    How to apply (5 minutes)

Fill this quick form: [Intake link]

Upload/Link: one 30–60s audio or video you’ve edited (any topic), plus 1 graphic (Canva OK). If you’re new, we’ll send a tiny sample file to try.

Screening questions (copy into your form)

    1. Which tasks interest you most (pick 2–3): audio edit / reels / captions / alt-text / Canva / social posting.
    2. Your weekly availability (hours + days).
    3. Access/accommodations you’d like us to provide.
    4. Short note (3–4 sentences): why this mission?
    5. Portfolio or sample links (optional if you’ll complete our sample).

    After you apply

    • You’ll get an invite to the next group onboarding (Zoom).
    • We’ll assign first 3 micro-tasks with clear checklists and examples.
    • You’ll have a peer buddy for your first two weeks.

InclusiVibe welcomes disabled and neurodivergent volunteers. Roles are remote-friendly, flexible, and designed with accessibility in mind.
