      • Create and manage the campaign calendar, budget, and benchmarks.
    • Team & Volunteer Management
      • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, interns, and volunteers.
      • Build a strong grassroots infrastructure, including precinct captains and canvass teams.
    • Fundraising & Compliance
      • Partner with candidate and finance team to execute call time, fundraising events, and donor outreach.
      • Ensure compliance with FEC regulations in collaboration with the Campaign Treasurer.
    • Communications & Messaging
      • Oversee campaign messaging, press releases, earned media, and social media strategy.
      • Act as a spokesperson when needed and coordinate public appearances.
    • Field & Voter Outreach
      • Design a voter contact program, including canvassing, phone banking, and community events.
      • Analyze voter data and target key constituencies in the district.

    Qualifications

    • Required:
      • Previous experience managing or serving in a senior role on a Democratic campaign (local, state, or federal level).
      • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team under tight deadlines.
      • Knowledge of FEC compliance, voter targeting, and campaign finance best practices.
      • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
      • Commitment to Democratic values, social justice, and building inclusive campaigns.
    • Preferred:
      • Experience with NGP VAN, ActBlue, Mobilize, and digital organizing tools.
      • Knowledge of Florida political landscape, voter file, and local Democratic Party structure.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including press relations experience.

    Compensation
