    The Ground on Fire 2026 event is a 3 day revival hosted in Nashville Tennessee. Volunteers should be able to commit to one day of volunteer service minimum, though all 3 days are preferred.

    Description

    Purpose:

    Ushers and Greeters are the front-line ambassadors of the Ground on Fire 2026 event. They help create a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for all guests, ensuring a smooth and spirit-filled experience from the moment attendees arrive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome Attendees at all entrances with warmth, smiles, and hospitality.
    • Distribute programs, materials, and promotional items as needed.
    • Assist with seating, including guiding attendees to open seats and helping maintain flow and order during transitions.
    • Provide basic information such as directions to restrooms, green rooms, exits, and refreshment areas.
    • Support crowd management before, during, and after sessions — including altar calls or prayer lines if applicable.
    • Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.
    • Assist with offering collection under the supervision of the finance team.
    • Stay in communication with the Volunteer Coordinator for updates or emergencies.

    • Able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the venue
    • Committed to the mission and excellence of the ministry

    Time Commitment:

    • Pre-event orientation/training
    • All event days: April 9–11, 2026
    • Some may be asked to assist with pre/post event setup and breakdown
