    Description

    Looking for a Certified Pet Therapy dog to visit with patients who are on hospice services. Looking for someone to make visits to patient's house or facilities. Looking for someone to make visits for companionship and symptom management. The pet therapy dog will be part of our care team and will have a schedule to visit with pts looking for this service.
