    Internship opportunities for college and university students are available for spring, summer, and fall semesters.

    This is an excellent opportunity for students majoring in human services, social work, political science, international business, psychology, and other related fields. Students at all points in their educational journey are welcome. This is an unpaid internship. Hours are flexible to work around the student's schedule.

    Duties will include working directly with refugees, setting up housing upon their arrival in the U.S., teaching clients to use the bus, organizing and distributing donations, doing informational and educational workshops, and assisting with office tasks, recordkeeping, and documentation.

    Requirements: Must successfully pass a background check, be professional, and have good cultural competence. bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus, but not required.

    • Donations are not required, but always accepted. Needed items include gift cards to grocery and big box stores, bus cards in any amount, new and gently used cold weather & household items.
