Volunteer & Ordainment Coordinator.. accepting HR interns or HR certified..

Under the direction of the pastor, perform functions related to current or potential volunteers or applicants for ordainment. That includes contacting current or potential volunteers, or potential future religious or educational leaders and pastoral counselors. Organize and coordinate volunteer appreciation.

Volunteer & Ordainment Coordinator would present the current opportunities, or further develop, or modify opportunities, interview, organize - file - relay applications, papers, training materials, tests and any other related to volunteers or applicants. He/she organizes and coordinates the volunteer and orainment installations, functions, appreciation, and events. He/she produces certificates of appreciation, ordainment or any other necessary document. She/he performs other functions related to current or future volunteers and leaders.
