Talent Recruitment and Management
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit skilled staff, volunteers, and ambassadors aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
- Manage onboarding and training processes for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and goals.
- Oversee performance evaluations, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate personnel and volunteer records in collaboration with HR or Executive Leadership.
- Build partnerships with local schools, universities, and community organizations to expand the talent pipeline.
Marketing and Brand Development
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the nonprofit’s programs, events, and campaigns.
- Oversee brand consistency across all media platforms (social media, website, print materials, and events).
- Develop storytelling and content strategies that highlight impact, success stories, and donor engagement.
- Coordinate the production of digital and print materials, such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and videos.
- Manage relationships with media partners, sponsors, and creative vendors.
Public Relations and Community Engagement
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and media opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with local influencers, business owners, and community leaders to enhance visibility and partnerships.
- Develop strategies for public outreach, ensuring diverse audiences are engaged and informed.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on media statements, speeches, and promotional campaigns.
Digital and Social Media Strategy
- Plan, schedule, and analyze content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement metrics and adapt strategies to increase reach and donor participation.
- Manage digital campaigns, newsletters, and website updates in coordination with the communications team.
- Implement creative online fundraising initiatives and awareness challenges.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner with the Fundraising and Events teams to support donor campaigns, sponsorships, and program launches.
- Work closely with the Program Director to ensure consistent branding across all program materials.
- Support the Executive Director and Board of Directors with marketing reports and impact data.
