    Description

Expanding Boundaries International (EBI) is looking for a data-driven volunteer to manage our Google for Nonprofits Ad Grant. Since 2014, we have used technology and travel to bridge the digital divide for students in Maryland and Ghana. We have the grant, but we need an expert to help us use it to its full potential. Your work will directly help us reach our goal of supporting 400 youth annually and securing funds for the Brenda A. Brown Passport Scholarship.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize our Search ads to maintain a 5% click-through rate (CTR) as required by Google.
    • Keyword Research: Identify high-performing keywords like "STEAM programs Baltimore" and "study abroad scholarships" to drive traffic.
    • Conversion Tracking: Monitor our website goals to ensure ads are leading to real donations and program sign-ups.
    • Monthly Reporting: Provide a simple summary of how the $10,000 monthly grant is being spent and its impact on our 2025 goals.

    Qualifications

    • Experience managing Google Ads (Search campaigns).
    • Knowledge of Google Ad Grant compliance rules is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • A passion for education, technology, and global citizenship.

    Why Volunteer with EBI?

You will work closely with our Founder, Leticia Nortey, a Cyber Security Expert who knows the value of digital literacy. By managing this grant, you ensure that our STEAM Exchange program and our international tours get the visibility they deserve. You are not just managing ads; you are opening doors for students who, like Leticia at age 16, are ready to discover the world through technology.
