    Description

    • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of performing arts productions (theatre, concerts, festivals, etc.).
    • Secure funding and manage budgets, grants, sponsorships, and ticket sales.
    • Hire and coordinate with directors, cast, crew, designers, and technical staff.
    • Schedule rehearsals, performances, and promotional events.
    • Ensure compliance with contracts, union regulations, and safety standards.
    • Promote productions through marketing campaigns, press releases, and community outreach.
    • Oversee logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, and technical support.
    • Evaluate the success of productions and prepare reports for stakeholders.
