    The Fédération Internationale de la Jeunesse, in English International Youth Federation (IYF), is an international non-profit youth organization network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide.

    The IYF is a global youth network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to empower young people across the world. IYF works in over 50 countries and territories, helping to achieve youth empowerment and improve the status of youth.

    The IYF Learning Commission (IYFLC) is responsible for designing strategies, solutions, tools, and services that enable and facilitate more effective and impactful staff learning programs, projects, and activities.

    Mission Statement

    To voluntarily represent, positively promote, and uphold the mission of “Empowering youth for a better world” in various programs and opportunities throughout the IYF interventions across member countries.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, script, and record screen-based training sessions covering HR, Security, Governance, and Diplomacy topics.

    • Create visually appealing presentation slides and use clear voice narration to deliver structured learning.

    • Edit screen recordings to ensure professional quality, smooth transitions, and engaging visuals.

    • Collaborate with internal experts to validate content accuracy and relevance.

    • Maintain and update learning materials based on policy or process changes.

    Functional Competencies

    • Instructional Design & Content Development – Ability to design structured, goal oriented training modules and translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning content.
    • Screen Recording & Video Production – Skilled in creating, narrating, and editing professional-quality screen-recorded training videos.
    • Presentation Design – Proficiency in developing visually appealing and well structured training presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
    • Video Editing & Post-Production – Expertise in using video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, ScreenFlow, OBS, Adobe Premiere Pro) to enhance clarity, flow, and engagement.
    • Subject Matter Familiarity – Working knowledge of Digital HR practices, Information Security, Governance frameworks, and Diplomacy-related processes.
    • Communication & Voice Delivery – Strong verbal communication and voice narration skills for delivering clear, concise, and confident training sessions.
    • Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance – Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional standards across all digital learning materials.
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to work effectively with internal teams and subject matter experts to validate and update content.
    • Time & Project Management – Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting
    • tight deadlines to reduce overall module development time.

    Language

    Advanced English skills are required.

    Experience

    • Proven experience in creating screen-recorded tutorials or training videos.
    • Knowledge in Human Resources, Governance, Security, or Diplomacy-related subjects.
    • Strong presentation design and video editing abilities using tools such as PowerPoint, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
    • Excellent verbal communication and ability to explain complex information clearly.

    Experience within an NGO, non-profit, INGO (such as the United Nations), government, charity, international development, or youth empowerment organisation is ideal for this role.
