Greater IMPACT Church is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to strategically find, assess, and hire the passionate team members who will help us advance our mission to Connect, Engage, and Serve.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, has a positive and professional experience that reflects our ministry's values and culture.
- Partner closely with department heads and leadership to understand their staffing needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide guidance on interview best practices.
- Manage all stages of the hiring process for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, new hire onboarding preparation.
- Assist in developing and promoting our church's unique employer value proposition to attract mission-aligned talent.
What We're Looking For:
- The ability to represent the organization professionally and effectively engage with candidates
- Previous experience of professional experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably with experience recruiting for non-profit or ministry-related roles.
- A heart for ministry and a genuine desire to see lives impacted through the Gospel, with a commitment to biblical principles in the workplace.
