    Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful, mission-driven work? Do you thrive on building relationships, crafting compelling candidate experiences, and helping to grow an organization's impact? Greater IMPACT Church is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to strategically find, assess, and hire the passionate team members who will help us advance our mission to Connect, Engage, and Serve.

    What You'll Do:

    • Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, has a positive and professional experience that reflects our ministry's values and culture.
    • Partner closely with department heads and leadership to understand their staffing needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide guidance on interview best practices.
    • Manage all stages of the hiring process for assigned roles, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination, new hire onboarding preparation.
    • Assist in developing and promoting our church's unique employer value proposition to attract mission-aligned talent.

    What We're Looking For:

    • The ability to represent the organization professionally and effectively engage with candidates
    • Previous experience of professional experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably with experience recruiting for non-profit or ministry-related roles.
    • A heart for ministry and a genuine desire to see lives impacted through the Gospel, with a commitment to biblical principles in the workplace.
