    Description

Do you love organizing information and keeping things up-to-date? Can you write clearly, spell perfectly in English, and maybe know another European language? Do you want to support Volt Europa’s HR team and help our leadership teams access accurate, easy-to-find information? Then join us as a WikiPages Master and help keep our internal knowledge organized and up-to-date!

Do you want to contribute to Europe's future?

Volt stands for a united and federal Europe, where everyone has equal opportunities to fulfil their unique potential. We are a pan-European political movement with 200 elected representatives, over 30,000 members, and hundreds of volunteers working to make this vision a reality. We are inclusive, diverse, and believe that every voice matters.

    What will you do?

As WikiPages Master, you will ensure that HR-related wikipages and internal contact information are accurate, easy to navigate, and well-structured. You will:

    • Maintain and update internal wikipages, ensuring content is accurate and current.
    • Standardize templates and page structures for readability and consistency.
    • Support leadership and HR teams in accessing key information.
    • Coordinate with volunteers and staff across national chapters to verify and update content.
    • Track outdated pages and suggest improvements.

Skills to succeed in this role

    • Excellent written English; knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable collaborating remotely with volunteers and staff.
    • Proactive, independent, and flexible with a knack for spotting gaps and improving processes.

    Nice to have

    • Experience with wikis, Google Workspace, Notion, Confluence, or similar platforms.
    • Interest in internal communication, HR processes, or knowledge management.

    What do we offer?

    • Volunteer opportunity supporting an international, pan-European team.
    • Flexible, fully remote work.
    • A chance to shape internal knowledge sharing and improve HR operations.
    • Collaborating with passionate, like-minded volunteers from across Europe.
