    Description

MADD Court Monitoring Program trains and enlists court monitors to observe and document what happens in the courtroom during DUI proceedings. Court Monitors track results and identify inconsistences on how DWI cases are handled and resolved.

The goals of MADD's Court Monitoring Program are to enhance transperencey and accountablity within the criminal justice system. The program works to promote public interest and awareness of the outcomes of DWI criminal cases. We strive to raise awareness concering driving cases. As a court monitor you will complile relevant statistics on impaired driving arrests and the dispositions. The Court Monitor Program works to help reduce recidivism and to improve driving impaired enforcement as we work along side and support our Law Enforcement officials and court staff.
