    Who We Are

At Creshendo, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. We co-create solutions with displaced communities—always listening, collaborating, and centering lived experiences. Fueled by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we're building innovative and inclusive programs that reimagine what's possible for displaced people everywhere. If you're excited to challenge the status quo and help transform lives, you'll feel at home here.

    Why This Role Matters

Creshendo is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our storytelling work across visual mediums. This role focuses on translating real human stories into compelling, respectful visual formats for digital platforms.

Design work may include static graphics, textured layouts, and visual storytelling assets, as well as collaboration on posts that integrate photography, illustration, audio, video, or animation.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Design visual assets for storytelling content, primarily for social media
    • Collaborate on layouts that integrate text, images, and other media
    • Work from brand guidelines and mood boards provided by the organization
    • Adapt designs across different storytelling formats while maintaining visual cohesion
    • Support a story-first, respectful approach to design

    Who This Role Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

    • Have strong visual design skills and enjoy working across mediums
    • Can share a portfolio, professional or personal
    • Have experience designing for digital platforms
    • Are sensitive to cultural context and ethical storytelling
    • Are open to feedback and collaboration within a small team

We work with a G.Y.S.T. mindset: action over ego, clarity over chaos, and progress over perfection. If you lead with intention and follow through, you’ll fit right in.

    What You’ll Gain

    • A portfolio of meaningful, human-centered design work
    • Collaboration with a thoughtful, mission-driven creative team
    • Experience designing within an ethical storytelling framework
    • Insight into visual narrative work within a growing nonprofit

    How We Work

We operate with a G.Y.S.T. mindset: clarity over chaos, consistency over perfection, action over ego. If you’re someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and cares about craft—you’ll fit right in.
