    Description

    Goal: keep the InclusiVibe Research library clean, searchable, and publication-ready.

    Core duties (weekly 3–5 hrs):

    • Deduplicate, merge, and metadata-clean saved items (title case, authors, DOI, abstract).
    • Apply shared tags (incl. updated Population) and Collections.
    • Write 3–5 bullet relevance notes per key source.
    • Flag must-reads and build brief reading lists for active projects (e.g., PRMD, CCI/AAI).
    • Enforce data ethics (no PHI; link out to secured drives).
    • Quarterly: export clean bibliographies (Chicago NB, Author-Date, APA).

    Nice-to-have skills: literature searching (PubMed/Scopus/Google Scholar), Zotero power-user, basic methods knowledge (qual/quant), Chicago & APA familiarity.

    Access level: Manager in Zotero (so they can merge/curate), bound by a simple confidentiality/IP clause.

    Privacy & ethics

    • Do not share private health information or client data. Redact names where needed.
    • You own your samples; by applying, you permit us to view them for evaluation only.
    • If offered a stipend/contract, we’ll request a W-9 (US) and disclose any conflicts of interest.

    Timeline

    • We review applications weekly. If selected, you’ll be invited to a 15–20 min Zoom.
    • You’ll hear from us within 7–10 days of submission—even if it’s a “not yet.”

    Role-Specific Work Samples

    Community Host (Support & Discord)

    • A 5–7 sentence example of an inclusive welcome or de-escalation reply you’ve written (anonymize).
    • A sample prompt you’d post to spark gentle, trauma-aware conversation.
    • (Optional) A screenshot or link showing community guidelines you’ve used or admired.

    Grant Research Volunteer (Research, not writing)

    • Two grant links you believe fit us + one-sentence fit note for each.
    • A mini table (CSV or in your PDF) with 5 rows like:
    • Funder, Amount, Area, Eligibility, Deadline, Link, Fit Notes
    • (Optional) One sentence on attachments you think the funder will require.

    Podcast/Concert Production Assistant

    • Links to 1–2 shipped pieces (podcast/video) + 2–3 bullets on what you did.
    • A 30–60 sec clip you trimmed (link is fine).
    • (Optional) A sample show note paragraph (5–7 sentences).

    Literature Review & Bibliography Associate

    • Two Chicago-style citations + 2–3 sentence annotations each.
    • (Optional) Zotero export (.ris) or Google Doc bibliography page.

    Survey QA & Proofreader (Accessibility-First)

    • A marked-up example (Track Changes or Google Doc comments) improving 3–5 survey questions for clarity, bias, and reading level.
    • Plain-language rewrite of one multi-part question (before/after).
    • (Optional) A quick readability pass note (target grade level, changes made).

    Special requests (optional but helpful)

    • Confirm you’re comfortable using our tools (Google Workspace, Drive, Descript for media, Sheets for research).
    • Note any software/equipment you lack so we can plan accommodations.
    • If applying for a stipend-eligible role, confirm you can receive payments via our system and complete a W-9 (US).
