    About the Program

    Make a tangible difference in the lives of children by joining Pro-Passion Projects in Ghana as a Childcare & Education Volunteer Abroad. Work directly with local schools, orphanages, and community centers to support children’s learning, development, and well-being. This immersive program combines hands-on childcare experience, teaching assistance, and cultural exchange, perfect for volunteers passionate about education, child development, and social impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist teachers and staff in local schools or childcare centers.
    • Support educational activities, tutoring, and homework assistance.
    • Engage children in creative play, arts, music, and sports activities.
    • Help organize community events and learning workshops.
    • Learn about child development, Ghanaian culture, and educational practices.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Passion for working with children and education.
    • Open-minded, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
    • No formal teaching experience required (training provided).
    • Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from supervisors.
