Family Bingo Night is a relaxed, family-friendly event that brings together Spectrum families and community supporters for an evening of fun while raising support for Spectrum’s programs for individuals with autism and their families. This inclusive event is designed to create a comfortable and engaging environment for participants of all ages and abilities.
Volunteers play an essential role in ensuring the evening runs smoothly and feels welcoming for everyone. Volunteer responsibilities may include assisting with event setup, greeting and directing families, supporting check-in, distributing bingo cards and materials, assisting with game play, helping verify winners, supporting prize distribution, and assisting with event cleanup.
This opportunity is ideal for volunteers who enjoy working with families, supporting inclusive events, and being part of a collaborative team. No prior experience is required—Spectrum staff will provide guidance and support throughout the event.
Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to assist where needed to help create a positive, engaging experience for all attendees.
