    Description

    SafePlace International is seeking compassionate, organized, and growth-minded volunteers to join our Staff & Volunteer Experience Team.

    SafePlace International works in over 30 countries supporting community-led solutions, leadership development, and humanitarian action. Behind every program is a global family of staff and volunteers, and we believe that when our people thrive, our impact multiplies.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Interview and listen to SPI staff and volunteers around the world
    • Gather insights on what’s working and what could be better
    • Help design improvements in training, support, and communication
    • Explore helpful tools and resources to strengthen collaboration
    • Contribute ideas that help our teams grow personally and professionally

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Great listeners and thoughtful communicators
    • People who care about team well-being and professional development
    • Experience in HR, coaching, facilitation, training, or community building is a plus
    • Comfortable working remotely with a global team
    • Passionate about equity, dignity, and community-led impact

    Time Commitment:

    3–5 flexible hours per week, fully remote
