    Description

Fundraising & Development Support (Perfect for Retired Grant Writers!)

Help Us Grow Holistic Health Access—On Your Own Terms

Location: Remote (anywhere in the U.S.)

Commitment: Flexible (part-time, project-based, or ongoing support)

Organization Type: Nonprofit / Holistic Health

Are you a retired (or semi-retired) grant writer, development professional, or savvy fundraiser looking to put your skills to meaningful use—without the full-time grind? Do you enjoy the art of the pitch and the satisfaction of connecting people and resources to a worthy cause?

We’re a small but passionate nonprofit working to make holistic health more accessible, affordable, and culturally relevant. We're growing—and we need help to scale our impact through stronger fundraising strategies, sharper grant writing, and deeper donor relationships.

You might be perfect for this if you:

    • Are a seasoned grant writer or development professional
    • Enjoy strategic thinking, storytelling, and proposal crafting
    • Understand how to identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors
    • Like working independently with a clear sense of purpose
    • Are looking for something fulfilling, interesting, and flexible to do with your time
    • Believe a good fundraiser can sell anything—whether or not you’re personally into holistic health

    Ways you could help:

    • Identify and pursue new grant opportunities (local, national, or foundation-based)
    • Refine or draft compelling proposals and case statements
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage individual donors
    • Help us build our donor tracking and stewardship processes from the ground up
    • Support donor outreach and communications
    • Contribute to creating a more sustainable development pipeline

    What we offer:

    • A mission-driven team that values your experience
    • Total flexibility in schedule and workload—work from anywhere, on your terms
    • The chance to shape something meaningful from the ground up

Whether you want a short-term project or an ongoing volunteer role, we’d love to talk to you. This is an opportunity to make a difference using the skills you’ve built over a lifetime—no yoga mat or herbal tea required (unless you're into that).

    To Apply:

Please send a short note about your background and what kind of involvement you’re looking for. Feel free to include a resume or LinkedIn profile if available.
