Volunteer Board Member – Strategic Growth & Fundraising Leadership

Divine Solutions for Life Inc. is a growing nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to holistic, culturally responsive mental health and wellness services. We integrate preventative support, community education, and faith-informed wellness initiatives to strengthen individuals and families.

We are currently seeking dedicated Volunteer Board Members to join our Board of Directors during a strategic growth phase. This is a working board opportunity for individuals who are passionate about mental health access, community impact, and sustainable nonprofit development.

Key Responsibilities

Board Members are expected to:

• Attend quarterly board meetings

• Serve on at least one committee (Fundraising, Governance, Programs, or Marketing)

• Provide strategic oversight and organizational guidance

• Support fundraising efforts and donor engagement

• Leverage professional networks to expand partnerships and visibility

• Serve as ambassadors of the organization within the community

• Ensure ethical governance and fiduciary responsibility

This role requires engagement, initiative, and a commitment to helping build long-term sustainability.

• Fundraising & Development

• Grant Writing

• Corporate Sponsorships

• Nonprofit Law or Governance

• Finance or Accounting

• Marketing & Communications

• Healthcare or Mental Health Administration

• Faith-Based Leadership

• Business Strategy or Entrepreneurship

Prior board experience is welcomed but not required.

Time Commitment

Approximately 4–6 hours per month, including quarterly meetings and committee participation. Hybrid/virtual participation is available.
