Rural Girls Rising - Education and Empowerment Program

At Arloste Ganze Organization, we believe that when a girl is empowered, a community rises. Yet in rural Kenya, many bright, ambitious girls face barriers that silence their dreams-poverty, early marriage, lack of resources, and limited mentorship opportunities.

The Rural Girls Rising Program is our bold response to this challenge. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where rural girls can not only access education but also gain the life skills, confidence, and resilience to shape their futures.

Through mentorship, leadership training, career guidance, menstrual health education, and scholarships for school essentials, we aim to keep girls in school, open their minds to new possibilities, and nurture the next generation of women leaders.

We welcome volunteers and partners, both on-site and virtual, who share our passion for equality and change. Whether you’re teaching life skills in a classroom, mentoring a girl online, fundraising for school uniforms, or helping us provide sanitary products, your contribution will light a path for a girl who dares to dream.
