    A small non-profit that is devoted to the work we are doing and the lives we could touch through our work. We are a warm welcoming group. Everyone has to be a self-starter with a lot of initiative and drive. These qualities do not go unnoticed, we are sure to praise the members of our team for their contributions that help us reach our overall goal.

    Position Description:

    We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated student volunteers to assist in setting up and facilitating an upcoming event on February 17th, 2026. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and contribute to a successful community event.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Event Setup: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment. Ensure all areas are organized and ready for the event.
    2. Registration and Greeting: Welcome attendees, assist with registration, provide event materials, and answer any questions to ensure a smooth check-in process.
    3. Activity Assistance: Help facilitate event activities, such as guiding attendees to different areas, assisting with workshops or sessions, and providing support to speakers and performers.
    4. Crowd Management: Ensure the orderly flow of attendees, manage queues, and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
    5. Technical Support: Provide basic technical assistance, such as setting up audio-visual equipment, managing microphones, and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
    6. Event Breakdown: Assist with cleaning up and breaking down the event setup, ensuring all materials and equipment are properly stored.
