Making snack bags is a great family and group volunteer opportunity. AHC's Resident Services staff plan education and recreation events and give out snack bags to participants.
Volunteers will buy or collect the supplies and then decorate and assemble the bags, delivering them on Tuesday, January 20.
AHC has three properties in Montgomery County and one in Baltimore where you will deliver the snack bags after you make them at your own location.
Snack bags are paper lunch bags filled with a small water bottle and 3 small snack items (crackers, Goldfish, chips, cookies, etc). Decorating the bags is fun but optional.
